Our products are made to order. We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, sweatshirts/jumpers, tanks etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (mugs, pillows etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and shipping price depends on product type and destination (please see Shipping Speeds chart below). Thank you for your patience :)

Requests for returns or exchange must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. We also require a receipt for proof of purchase. The buyer is to cover shipping costs.
